Oceanize is a proud sponsor of Rørvik IL Football, which this year has chosen medals made of recycled plastic for the Kystbycupen, a football cup for children and young people aged 6 to 14. The medals are made of recycled rope from Norwegian aquaculture.

Oceanize entered into a cooperation agreement with Rørvik IL Fotball in 2023 with the aim of supporting the latter's activity offerings for children and youth, and also working together on environmental impact and sustainability. Therefore, it is extra great that the initiative for the medals comes from the club itself.

For Oceanize, the collaboration is about more than just sponsorship. It's about contributing to the local community while also highlighting the importance of smarter resource use. Medals made from recycled plastic are a concrete example of the circular economy.

The medals are designed and produced by Premi in Trondheim, part of Plasteriet, made from rope granules from Oceanize.
